He has not seen it, but it is felt by the management that such an article is necessary, in view of the fact that the paper is booming. We feel that you thous ands of people who are helping along our work by paying your nickels for this paper are entitled to know the truth as to this Hobo problem and why a paper “OF THE HOBOES BY THE HOBOES AND FOR THE HOBOES” is being circulated.
