They are pulling in everybody here, out of jobs, and charging them with vagrancy and are threatening all street speakers with vagrancy, but I showed my credentials and they let me go. Rogers, though, is without any and so is in danger of arrest at any time, therefore as Rogers is going to talk here with me, I think you had better send along a credential for him as Chicago Organizer.
