Whiners and Knockers

Whiners and Knockers.

Editors seem to have many troubles. First the Whiners; those who come around and whine, that this thing cannot be done, and the other thing must not be written; and wow, the paper won’t circulate and we can’t make it pay. And the people will go back on us! And so it goes. Notice is hereby served on the Whiners that a sergeant-at-arms has been appointed and whiners will be promptly ejected.

We do not care so much about the knockers. As our good Comrade Corrigan says, Knockers never Boost and Boosters never Knock; and every Knock is a Boost, anyhow. So we should worry.

Thou shalt do no murder.
